The home-cooked breakfasts were fabulous (you absolutely have to try the chilaquiles!), and the service provided by Itzel and Serafin was incredibly welcoming and helpful. While the location is a bit outside the central area, it was quiet and provided a perfect retreat after our busy days exploring. However, I did find that the distance from the beach required a bit of planning if we weren't using a car.
